Inspect all filters and check pressure drop and air velocities on a weekly basis as required by any plant. Change all filters when necessary and supervise any additional labour performing the change at all times.
Buy off the facility when the change is completed. Maintain filter inventory and report usages. Provide quarterly recommendations for improvement on any systems within the area of responsibility. Provide a performance objective for each system. Filter changes to be forecasted and scheduled based on monitoring and reporting activities. Responsible for surveying and cataloguing all equipment and filters at the start of employment. Establish a filter operation manual. Schedule preventative maintenance with the client’s supervisory personnel. Responsible for managing all inventory in the plant.
Actively investigate all filter applications in the plant and add these requirements to the total agreement as they are identified and quantified. Monitor the performance of all filters and conditions of the systems on a regular basis and report on such. Reports from these walk-throughs will include the pressure drop readings and comments on conditions in the system that may require corrective action. Work the required times as needed by any plant and if necessary, after hours as required.
These requirements will be communicated in advance if necessary. All facility hardware must also be attended to where applicable to Company and repaired or upgraded relating to filtration matters only. These aspects must first be discussed and approved by the Service Manager. Perform office and site work as directed daily.
A probation period of three months will apply commencing on the date of starting employment. After the three months or at any stage during the probation period, the situation will be reviewed to establish if the necessary criteria have been met; if not, a 24-hour notice period will apply. Should the criteria be met, the current document will be in effect as stipulated under period and termination of employment.
It is a precondition of employment that you are in possession of a cellular telephone and are reachable on this phone on a 24-hour basis. A further precondition of employment is that a Confidentiality agreement as well as a Cession of Trade / Restraint of trade and Internet / e-mail agreement be entered into between yourself and Company.
