Duties & Responsibilities

Educational Requirements: Grade 12
Experience Requirements: 5 years’ experience in administration and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Loading, managing, and updating customer purchase orders.
- Saving customer data on server and managing revisions.
- Checking for and loading excess orders.
- Request for credit and provide finance with supporting evidence for credit.
- Investigating customer returns and providing quality with the relevant information (batch number, order qty, reason for returns).
- Providing finance with monthly reports and any other reporting as requested.
- Invoicing.
- Run Syspro costing report and cost updates.
- Analysis of job card variances.
- Inventory analysis and ageing.
- ECO management.
- Customer status reports.
- Request for orders and customer follow-ups (quotes etc.).
- Management of house accounts.
- Call new customers and potential leads.
KPl's
- Communicating effectively to management.
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve.
- Effective management of customer orders and forecast.
- Accurate and methodical management of customer quotes and orders.
- Maintain effective customer database for data packs and pricing information.
Desired Experience & Qualification
