We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and help us reach new heights.
This role is to support the sales team of our two private educational institutions by building sales content, sharing enablement best practices, and developing training.
They will be responsible for ensuring the company's sales are efficient and effective by gathering and evaluating data, daily management of the CRM, and supporting sales initiatives that the business requires. They will empower sales teams through training and facilitation and will ensure that forecasts are accurate and based on historic data.
To ensure success, you will need extensive sales knowledge, be results-driven, a motivating leader, and can use data to identify areas for increasing/improving sales.
Report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in a sales and systems environment.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle.
- Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
- Education and youth sales experience/knowledge advantageous.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have own transport and be able to travel for 30% of the month.
