Minimum Requirements:
- Highly efficient and organised.
- Minimum grade 12.
- 5+ years relevant experience as a receptionist (office administrator).
- Proven track record in the last 10 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Valid driver's license with own transport.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To perform general housekeeping, telephone, clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and taking calls in a warm, professional manner.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and all ancillary operations.
