Role & Responsibilities
At Front Runner, our B2C Sales Representatives are the front line of selling our products and services to public consumers. It is the responsibility of a B2C Representative to listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Our B2C representatives will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow-up telephone calls and emails. Potential new customers should also be sourced by B2C Representatives in order to build the brand.
Skill Requirements:
- A Matric Certificate and preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales Environment.
- Excellent computer skills and literacy.
- Valid driver's license.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service support skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English & Afrikaans efficiently.
- Must be able to work after hours & weekends.
