Sales Manager
Our client is currently looking to hire a vibrant individual with a passion for sales to join the team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated by results while continuously improving the sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that monthly targets (personal) are achieved for new and repeat business
- Identification of new clients through prospecting (cold calling)
- Handling of client objections and complaints in an effective and informative manner
- Revise and update national Service Level Agreements with clients
- Participation in the organisation and successful completion of trade shows and marketing exhibition
- Gathering of sales and marketing intelligence
- Manage client satisfaction (1-2-3 call cycles)
- Identify growth opportunities in existing markets
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the RSM
- Conduct local market research regarding market share
- Gather intelligence on competitors and competitive practices
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- 5 years relevant sales call centre experience of which at least 3 years in a leadership/manager position
- Experience in managing a team of 20+ employees
- Good command of the English Language- written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Package & Remuneration
Salary - R35 000
