Requirements
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will design, collaborate, and implement talent management and acquisition projects to attract, identify, develop, and retain a diverse workforce. This role ensures teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals, with a focus on the full talent life cycle, including performance management, employee relations, change management, learning and development, and recruitment.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Understanding of relevant Acts (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
