We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
CRM Manager to join our team. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising various campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, sms, native push, and more.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist the team with the implementation of acquisition and retention strategies to drive various metrics as determined, the team and the business.
- Collaborate with the brand experience team to align CRM initiatives and to integrate CRM strategies into overall marketing initiatives.
- Execute on the CRM marketing strategy, with an emphasis on the implementation of the marketing calendar and campaigns.
- Execute targeted CRM campaigns to increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Assist the various brands with the execution of their email campaigns
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of CRM campaigns to keep the various departments & stakeholders informed..
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in CRM management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
One or more of the following will help you stand out:
- Basic coding knowledge (SQL, CSS, HTML, Jinja or similar)
- Experience in any report building from raw data.
- Knowledge of advanced martech platform(s).
