TalentSync is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. As an Office Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support to various departments within our company. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support the overall efficiency of our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist in organizing and maintaining company records and documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing
- Support the preparation and distribution of company communications
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office clerk or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
