Our client is a dynamic international company specialising in Supply Chain software and training. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), it will be your responsibility to work directly with clients and build and maintain good relationships with them. You will attend to the needs of the clients and assist them in their daily interaction with the software. This position is ideally suited to a recent graduate. 1 - 3 years experience will be an advantage, but is not essential.

Duties
- Ensure that the daily import of Data into the system was successful.
- Manage customer communications for support issues.
- Update the Client Issue Portals (Trello, Jira) on current outstanding issues.
- Update clients on outstanding issues.
- Continuous testing of the system.
- Prepare and present webinars on system functionalities and new features.
- Keep help files updated to provide clients with the best possible assistance.
- Attend to client and internal meetings.
- Prioritize client issues.
Qualifications
Grade 12
A related degree with Supply Chain, Logistics or an Industrial Engineering focus.
