TRAINING OFFICER ( 6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic individual with the right qualifications and experience to drive key learning and development initiatives in the business. This individual will also harmonize various L&D aspects amongst internal and external stakeholders throughout the business.
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Organizational Development & Change, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs within the Financial Sector and Regulator.
- Assist to align the training materials as per the latest training trends, as and when required.
- Compile in-house reports to support Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR);
- Initiate and drive impactful OD projects which achieve the intended objectives;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ie BankSETA, FASSET etc.
- Facilitate L&D Projects and Interventions as per requirements;
- Manage, coordinate and facilitate Learnerships and Experiential Learning Programmes;
- Oversee the SDF Function and requirements for the organization;
- Provide reports to external & internal stakeholders relating to Learnership, training & OD programmes.
- Troubleshoot & problem solving within the learnership programmes and OD department, as and when required.
With good understanding and proven track record in Human Resources environment, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Matric
- A Diploma or a Degree in Human Resources Development
- A Certificate in Education: Training and Development
- Accredited as an Assessor and Moderator At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Moderator.
- Accredited as a Skills Development Facilitator
- Must have relevant experience within the HRD field
- Manual development and design experience for interventions
- Valid Code 08 Drivers License
