Key Role Purpose:
Our client is looking for a skilled National Rental Administrator to manage vendor documentation, update financial systems, reconcile invoices/payments and liaise with landlords and internal teams. You'll also ensure accurate invoicing, landlord payments and prepare rental accruals for management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in securing level 1 BBBEE during audits.
- Ensure clean audit reports and legal compliance.
- Handle vendor documentation and load new vendor cards on NAV.
- Perform daily updates and compare vouchers on OT3.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, and liaise with landlords.
- Capture invoices/payments and ensure sufficient funds for payments.
- Resolve landlord queries and prepare monthly rental accruals.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (property management experience is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ITS/NAV, and OT3 is a bonus.
