CORE PURPOSE OF JOB |
Providing and maintaining ICT based solutions to meet user’s hardware, software and network requirements as well as coordinating ICT support and service delivery on a designated campus. |
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS |
- To coordinate the work of a team of ICT technical staff – including Laboratory technicians and ICT technical staff
- To render PC software, hardware and network support.
- To render PC software, hardware and network support in student computer laboratories.
- To arrange warranty/repairs with vendors
- Provide advisory services to staff and students.
- Participate in planning and implementing transversal ICT solutions.

- Possess a good knowledge of computer software and hardware, as well as a good working
