The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of the property’s maintenance, ensure that all maintenance jobs and work orders are carried out efficiently repair, and upkeep to ensure a high standard of safety. This role will involve managing a team of technicians, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety standards. Some weekends and out of hours shift may be required.
