The ideal candidate will have a design background working on overhead lines or substation projects.You will lead multidisciplinary project teams in profitability delivering development and design projects. You will be responsible for the technical, contractual, financial and program performance of these projects.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate project team to deliver the scope of work on time and to budgetLead on H&S and CDM for projectsManage the contract and variationsPlan and lead the site visit and survey strategiesPrepare and manage the Project Programme(s)Develop new client relationships and opportunitiesLead new project tenders. Including preparing tender documents and costs and programmes.Lead, mentor and develop assigned direct reportsInternal business reporting on key project performance metricsEnsure all Quality, Environmental and Safety Documentation is prepared and issued in accordance with company proceduresUndertake risk assessments and safety audits and sensible monitoring in line with relevant safety legislation, health and safety systems and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceThe role is office based with travel for meetings, workshops and site visits required 2-3 days per week.Get in touch for more information!
