Founded on a growing residential portfolio brimming with personality and British heritage, they are dedicated to re-mastering what it means to provide an attentive, bespoke service.Based in the heart of Mayfair, our client has exclusively instructed us to assist in their hiring of an experienced Leasing Manager to manage their classic portfolio. You will be responsible for managing all leasing and rental activities within their portfolio.Your additional responsibilities will include:Serving as the primary manager and point-of-contact for all leasing-related mattersInterfacing directly with multiple stakeholders including potential tenants and members of the property management, investments, and branding team internallyDriving growth of the brand by launching the management of a third-party lettings, and property management businessKey marketing and branding projects for a growing real estate brandPreparing annual budgets and monthly revenue and cost variance analyses and other periodic reportingManaging tenant references, KYC and other critical onboarding processesNegotiating leasing agreements, enforcing key elements of those agreements, and maintaining good relationships with tenants by addressing any leasing-related issues or concerns that may ariseLeveraging data analytics and interface with various constituents across the organization to optimize pricing strategy across the real estate platformBeing comfortable with basic analytical skills in Excel such as year over year rental growth by building, portfolio etc.Reporting directly to the Managing Director – Real Estate.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience as a leasing professional in London, preferably leasing multifamily rental properties in Central London either at an agency or for an internal landlord manager platformExperience in marketing and branding preferredExcel proficiency is required to interface with budgeting and accountingAn entrepreneurial mindset and a “do whatever it takes” attitude is a mustStrong understanding of Central London residential real estate markets in neighbourhoods such as Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, St Johns Wood, and Notting HillDeep understanding of key aspects of the Central London leasing process including referencing, deposit management, KYC/AML, etc., and ability and desire to build out internal processes and systems in these areasAbility to drive rental growth through unit dressing and design, and also communicate this to the rest of the teamStrong organisational, execution, and time-management skillsA demonstrated eye for design and aesthetics and an interest in building a successful, differentiated real estate brandSolid business instincts and an ability to proactively drive cost savings when possibleFamiliarity with residential Health and Safety (H&S) requirementsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple, competing prioritiesStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders including tenants, contractors, regulators, and other colleagues within the organisation.The salary for this position will be in the region of £70-80,000 depending on experience and qualifications, and a significant annual bonus will also be offered.
