Must be based in the UKThe RoleThe Regional Demand Manager is responsible for developing and executing targeted demand generation to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team across the Middle East, South Africa and Europe.This role will play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our marketing efforts through advanced utilisation of third party relationships from events to partner relationships and associations alongside the design of specific demand generation programmes to drive awareness, preference and conversion, which drive penetration into target organisations and individuals. The role holder will be responsible for analysing third party opportunities, identifying likely sources of the best lead generation , and creating compelling positioning of our brand.to accelerate pipeline and grow the current customer base. Some of your responsibilities Leverage third party relationships from events to partners/associations to drive perception of our brandDevelop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns across multiple channels ( events, partnerships, associations) Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and optimize strategiesCollaborate with BD & sales team to develop effective lead qualification and handover processesCo-develop buyer personas and customer journey maps to inform targeted messaging and content creationExperiment to improve campaign performanceStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesPartner effectively with sales, product, marketing, and other teams to achieve demand generation goals.Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to support demand generation initiatives.Drive adoption of new demand generation strategies, tools, and processes.Comfortable liaising and partnering with BD/SDR and Sales Teams to ensure effective lead hunting, handoff and qualification.Work closely with the Senior Director, EMEA Marketing, Head of Regional Marketing, Digital Operations Manager, Content Writer and Regional Marketing Managers.Collaborate with the regional marketing team to align generation efforts with overall marketing goals.Build relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.And much more.EssentialsExperience working in a fast-paced high tech or b2b organisationFamiliarity with intent platformsUnderstanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategiesKnowledge of consumer behaviour and market trends in relevant customer facing industries (e.g., travel, financial services, telco,Experience customer retention initiativesProficiency in analysing customer data and extracting actionable insights for marketing campaignsUnderstanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) to manage customer data, track interactions, and support lead qualification.Ability to utilise CRM data for segmentation, personalization, and reporting.Ability to create dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, = to execute digital marketing campaigns.Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation campaignsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua)Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
