The Head of People & Transformation will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's cultural and digital framework.Job Title: Head of People & Transformation Salary: £55,000 per annum Duration: 6-9 months initiallyLocation: Cardiff / HybridPurpose of the Role:The Head of People & Transformation will lead the people and digital strategy, working with the executive team to drive cultural and operational change.
