Head of Sales - Europe - EV Charging - Hybrid WFH - £65k (£80k OTE)One of our key clients specialising in the EV Charging sector is hiring a Head of Sales to manage the UK & Parts of Europe.The ideal applicant will have experience in managing teams of sales staff along with experience in Energy / EV Charging.Role: Head of SalesLocation: LondonHybrid WFH: VariedSalary: £60k (Negotiable)OTE: £80k (Uncapped Commission)Key Skills & Experience:Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a strong track record in the technology or automotive sector, preferably in EV charging or related industries.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive business development.Solid knowledge of the UK EV market, including regulatory frameworks and trends.Technical understanding of EV Chargers and related technologies.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the ODM/White-label client base and increase revenue.Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with existing ODM clients.Expand the market presence of the brand and achieve revenue targets through strong client engagement.Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, including commercial partners, municipalities, and electric vehicle fleet operators.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop a deep understanding of EV charging solutions and market needs.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client-specific requirements.Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to the management team.If this is of interest please apply on LinkedIn or email abbey.graham@everec.co.uk
