You'll oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency. Your role includes standardising procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering collaboration within the FM team and with internal stakeholders.Required experience:BIFM 4 or above or equivalent substantial FM Operational experience may be considered without the qualificationNEBOSH General Certificate desirableExtensive facilities management experiencePrevious process and policy managementEfficient and diligent document managementDemonstrable experience in managing contractors in an operational capacityComprehensive statutory and regulatory knowledge and understanding in FM, H&S and Environmental, benchmarking and best practiceExcellent administration skills with strong skills in ExcelExcellent communication skillsWillingness to travel between all UK offices to ensure the single team ethos is maintained across the team as and when neededTeam playerLooking to work for an outstanding business, then this opportunity is for you.
