( quarterly and annually )Managing invoice claims and discrepanciesProcessing customer product sample requestAmazon Account ManagementFull P&L responsibilityManage Customer Relationship & CommunicationsUndertake all necessary internal reporting for customerIn addition supporting on : -Organisation and co-ordination of outstanding customer engagement meetings with the sales teamAdministrative support for accounts such as Waitrose & OcadoBuild and manage the Tesco performance score cardAnd getting involved in :Monthly Tesco forecast and spend reviews ( pre-work, actions & minutes )Day to day Tesco buyer communications & Tesco online system managementSales & Marketing training & development eventsWho will I be working with?External: Customers – across Buying and Category teamsInternal: Wide range of stakeholders across sales, brand, shopper marketing, demand planning, and financeA great candidate will have:Highly proficient MS office skills, especially in excel and is comfortable navigating spreadsheets, reports and dataA good understanding of sales performance metricsknowledge of the UK Grocery market is desirableFantastic organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise & handle multiple tasks seamlessly.
