CRM Marketing ManagerFintech£45,000 - £50,000A Fintech that was founded in 2016 are looking to further develop their Marketing function with a CRM Manager hire.Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for email marketing, automated user journeys, leading nurturing programmes and reporting.Ideally you will have 2+ years experience in a CRM & Email role and in a similar industry, Finance, Fintech, Property, Wealth Management etc. The business is performing incredibly well and have some exciting growth plans this year!ResponsibilitiesCreate, schedule and execute all CRM emails, regular and solus newsletters, event management, marketing automations and existing processes to all customers (both B2C)Manage the communication and email marketing calendar with key senior stakeholdersProvide regular reporting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider businessSet up and management of the operations side of their internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow upsDeliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communicationsRequirementsPrevious experience in a CRM/ Email Marketing role, with an interest in FintechIdeally 2+ years experience in a CRM positionKnowledge of A/B testing and optimising content to improve open, click-through and registration ratesStrong understanding on best email marketing practiceExperience working with automation and CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions would be ideal)Hands-on, motivated and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersHTML for email building is a plus
