On behalf of our client, an established Aerospace Tier 1 Manufacturer, we’re seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Hinckley. Key Responsibilities:Liaise with a variety of customers for company sites.Complete contract review on new orders received.Work with Engineering/Commercial for new orders.Input new orders into the ERP system.Manage open orders and delivery status updates to customers.Address and resolve any customer issues.Work with customers portals to update delivery commitments.Close liaison with the Demand team to ensure Sales Order ship by dates are updated are in line with the job profiles.Ensuring Planning and Production Lead times are respected through Launch & Completion Adherence.Maximising On Time in Full performance (OTIF )Working with the Supply Chain team to ensure that any Manufacturing order delayed due by raw material shortages is discussed & recovered.Qualifications:Minimum 1 years experience in similar role.An understanding & working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.Conscientious.Good communication skills both written & verbal.Work effectively in a team.Able to work on own initiative.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Work with other departments to resolve issues.Benefits:Competitive salary.Life assurance cover.Access to Employee Assistance Programme.Pension contribution.25 days holiday plus BH.On-site parking.Shift:Days: Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:30, Friday 7:30 to 12:30.
