Job Purpose Senior role within the organisation, with accountability Product Roadmap & Strategy for all Products in Pricing & Demand Data Offerings. Ensuring the right initiatives are prioritised to reflect company goals and vision, with measurable and trackable outcomes. Collaborating to capture feedback and continuously communicate priorities across the business to all key stakeholders and teams. ResponsibilitiesData Product Planning Lead and create vision and roadmap for strategic data propositions Create Strategic Product Vison & Product roadmaps, driven by customer feedback and validation Ensures that all Data Products are driven by customer insights, and needs are captured and acted on effectively and efficiently to drive Data Product roadmap priorities Accountable for clarity of scope, requirements, roadmaps and business cases that are agreed and aligned on by all relevant stakeholdersConducting customer interviews on a regular basis to capture key feedback on Data Products, as well as attending industry events to further build customer relationships & stay up to date on trends and trajectoryInbound Data Strategy & Data QualityRelentless focus on driving data domain quality improvements in line with customer expectation and demand Own the prioritisation of customer led data improvements in line with Data Product Planning process above Close collaboration with Partnerships to drive priorities of 3rd party data requirements Close collaboration with Commercial to drive priorities of Carrier data feed requirements Data Product LaunchesEnsures Strategic vision is executed via Data Product Roadmaps and funnels through into Delivery Channels, with clear launch plans Quarterly reviews with Finance to ensure ROI is captured and business case reviewed post product launches Lead on Data & Product training/webinars MigrationWorking closely with PD Delivery Channels to ensuring key data enhancements are prioritized in Products, to ensure right benefits are available to aid migration Stakeholder & Business Communication Engages with the broader Commercial, Marketing and Tech organizations to ensure that roadmap priorities are understoodPresents roadmaps and new ideas in monthly Data Product Roadmap Forum (DPRF) Ensures data product metrics are captured and updated to track performance Team ManagementSetting best practice across Product Managers to guide and coach on data domain and product processesEnsures PMs have quarterly 360 feedback and PDPs in place to drive performance Functional Competencies & Capabilities RequiredExperience working to Product Operating Model, with Outcome focused approach and experience of working in Value Streams Ability to operate at senior level, ensuring teams have right level of engagement across the business Makes strategic decisions and brings wider picture togetherUses understanding of customer priorities AND OAG strategy/priorities/economics to focus on what’s most importantInfluences and inspires stakeholders to actionIs a 'go to' person for expert advice on their Product area Captures key insights from multiple information sources and shares them through the most appropriate method e.g. Squad, Company session, Teams etc.Develops and nurtures good working relationships across Product, Tech, Commercial and Marketing teamsEnables good, quick and efficient decisions based on question, options, and a data-driven recommendationStrives for quality and excellence, and sets high standards for self and othersIs comfortable with ambiguity and change, working at pace
