We are working with a London-based M&A team which is looking for a Manager.The team works across a number of sectors advising entrepreneurs, corporates, management teams and private equity firms. Transactions range from £25m to £1bn on both the buy-side and sell-side.With a busy first half of the year and a strong pipeline, the team are looking for a Manager as part of their growth strategy. They anticipate at at least doubling the business in the next 12 months and have ambitious plans for the coming 3-4 years.Responsibilities:Supporting the Partner and Directors in managing the transaction, from origination to completionFinancial modelling for transactions, including structuring and analysisValuation techniques such as trading multiples, LBO, and DCF modellingResearch and analysis of market and business value driversProfiling potential acquisition targets and buyers, presenting strategic rationaleCrafting pitch documentation and client reportsSupervising and mentoring junior team membersActively building a network of professional relationships with intermediaries, private equity firms, and clientsTo be considered for the role you must:Ideally be a qualified accountant (or equivalent)Have at least 3 years' post qualification experience in M&A.
