Our client specialises in designing patented & cutting-edge solutions for the Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Center Software as a Service (SaaS) space. In this role, you will leverage your experience to create tailored, innovative solutions for prospects & clients, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals. As a senior member of the team, you will also lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants. Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of CX and Contact Center SaaS solutions, aligning them with client requirements and business objectives.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating these into customized, scalable, and effective solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CX and Contact Center SaaS to ensure our solutions are at the forefront of innovation.Client Engagement:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to optimize their CX and Contact Center operations through our SaaS offerings.Conduct workshops, presentations and demonstrations to articulate the value and capabilities of proposed solutions.Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and delivering client presentations.If this sounds like you, click apply today.
