Job Requirements - Qualification in the HVAC Field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC Industry with 5 years of experience in a leadership
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, technologies and market dynamics
- Excellent design, specifications and bid evaluations of mechanical equipment and systems skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills. These skills are essential for the role and will be instrumental in the candidate's success.
