DUR002189– COUNTRY MANAGER - UPPER HIGHWAY - KZN Purpose of the Job: Responsible for leveraging data and insights to determine how to strategically manage and grow the existing South African business as well as driving new business growth.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building successful, high-performing teams.
- 8+ years of experience in sales
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical or skincare sales – not negotiable
Duties: - Direct observation through ride-a-longs and timely feedback on how to position products and address the customer needs.
- Coordinate, execute and attend events for accounts to implement.
- Attend trade shows / seminars when applicable.
- Step in and close large accounts.
- Travel is estimated at 70% of time throughout South Africa, local & overnight travel based on geography.
- Additional overnight travel to countries in Africa as needed.
