Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee cleaning operations across five different sites, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring that all products are used correctly and safely.
- Coordinate landscaping services as required, ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained.
- Liaise with clients to address any specific cleaning or maintenance requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract cleaning management.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, landscaping, and public space maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
