We are looking for a Management Accountant in the Alberton area.
Finance:
- Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries and shipment costings
- Approving debtor invoices
- Assist with debtor queries and collections
- Reviewing debtors and creditors month end processing
- Preparing financial forecasts
- Oversee Supplier database systems – Coupa, Ariba
- Cashflow projections
- Approving COD payments
- Inventory management with site
- Fixed asset management
- Monthly processing up to trial balance
- Expenditure analysis
- Compiling and presenting of financial reports
- Job costing and quoting
- Compiling and submitting documents for approval - SARS
- Managing contract escalations
- Analyzing and monitoring contract performance
- BBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE audits
- Peer management accounts review
- Assist auditors with annual audit requirements and information
- Other ad-hoc tasks required per FM
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
Knowledge & Experience: - Minimum Experience Indicator: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge: Accounting Processing and Financial Reporting systems knowledge, exposure and experience

- Ability to work on own initiative & time management
- Mathematical proficiency & attention to detail

- Knowledge of Microsoft packages & PC strong
