We are looking for a Junior Sales Admin for the Midrand area.
Purpose: - Help manager to manage Sales Program and processing claims, as well as monitoring the usage of Sales deduction
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: - Help manager to manage Sales promotion to ensure all processes are under control.
- Communicate with different teams to manage processes as per the HQ instruction and policy
- Register and make payment for the Sales Program of the designated customers.
- Validation of claims, ensuring all supporting documents are aligned with HQ policy.
- Document management
- Outstanding claims reconciliation with customer
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer queries.
