Our client based in Menlyn Maine is looking for an experienced candidate to service clients in the agriculture sector
Responsibilities:
- Daily sales, administrative, and logistical support to customers, suppliers, and internal.
- Monitor procurement, shipping, receiving and dispatch of materials.
- Basic accounting functions
- Coordinate supplier and customer orders.
- Compile sales reports, price offers.
- Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks).
- Obtain Import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc.
- Update and maintain customer information.
- Creditors and debtors coordination.
- Prepare Sales orders and Invoices.
- Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation.
- General administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial).
- Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer orientated.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans due to client base
- Geographical knowledge.
- Knowledge of supply chain
- Knowledge of imports and export
- Knowledge of road and sea freight
- Basic accounting experience
