Temporary complaints handler role based in Eastleigh with hybrid working

We are partnered with a large and expanding housing association to recruit Complaint Officers for their team.
Your new role
You will be guiding customers through the complaint handling process, investigating their case and reaching a fair outcome.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of customer service and complaints, and experience with operating in a KPI-focused environment. You will also need to be able to commit to working in the office for the training period, before a transition to a hybrid model.
What you'll get in return
- £15 - £18/hour doe
- Hybrid working after training period
- 12 week assignment starting 16th September
