Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute purchase orders while maintaining precise record-keeping and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies, and AS9100 quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed procurement records using ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 2-5 years in the manufacturing or automation sector.
- In-depth ERP experience and familiarity with AS9100 standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
