Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of management accounts
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Conducting and overseeing stock counts
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data
- Utilising the Sage ERP system for financial reporting and analysis
Minimum Qualification and Experience: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in Sage ERP system is a must
- Strong knowledge of management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel to various sites and mines as required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Preferred Requirements: - Experience in working within industries related to mining, manufacturing, or similar environments
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
