Job Experience & Skills Required: - Must have a Diploma/Degree in BCom Management Accounting or a similar qualification
- CIMA qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the Mining/Manufacturing/Engineering/Industrial environments
- Experience on Oracle preferred
Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyse and apply data about the companys production costs
- Develop and analyse cost standards
- Ensure the function adheres to Group governance, and policies
- Monthly reporting
- Recommend changes to the companys processes and policies to reduce costs and maximise profit
- Assist with budgets and forecasting cycles
- Contribute to internal and external audit activities
