As a Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and executing M&A projects involving the M&A team, and ensuring quality control for the teams output.
Duties: - Overseeing team leadership, which involves guiding, coaching and providing mentorship to junior members.
- Experience within valuations, due diligence and financial modelling.
- In charge of business development, which includes engagement with clients, focusing on projects, and seeking new opportunities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Accountable for ensuring consistent application of methodologies and achieving key results in project delivery.
- Responsible for monitoring and meeting objectives and key results aligned with the business strategy in collaboration with M&A leadership.
- New project proposals.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - CA(SA)
- 2 to 4 years PQE experience within an advisory team
- CFA with 4-6 years experience
- 1 year managerial exposure
- FMVA and/or other related qualifications are advantageous
