Job & Company Description: My client is a worldwide firm specializing in technology and solutions across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure.
The successful incumbent will report to the Group CFO and will be responsible to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Oversee insurance and other risk management strategies. Manage cash flow to ensure the company can meet its obligations and invest in growth. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business decisions. Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development. Implement and manage financial systems and technology to streamline processes and improve reporting. Oversee financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, or other significant business transactions.
Job Experience and Skills Required: - CA(SA) - non negotiable
- 5-7 years post articles experience
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP system
