We are seeking a Food Technologist with a strong background in bakery goods to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new product ideas and recipes, modifying and improving existing recipes, and designing processes and machinery for large-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new product ideas and recipes for bakery goods, including cakes and sponges.
- Modify and improve existing recipes.
- Design processes and machinery for large-scale production.
- Liaise with marketing staff to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Ensure strict hygiene and food safety standards are met.
- Identify and choose products from suppliers.
- Monitor the use of additives and test samples.
- Write reports on products and tests.

- Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene and safety.

- Experience in the bakery field is necessary (must have a bakery background).
Experience:
- 3-5 years of product development experience in bakery goods.
- Practical experience in bake goods product development, manufacturing, and flavor application.
- Well-developed olfactory and sensory skills.
