Primary duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
- Sell company's products and services.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring all measures necessary to achieve budget.
- Planning all meetings with customers and maintaining and updating daily reports.
- Organizing and conducting product and related training for current and potential participants and participating in educational opportunities and workshops.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of divisional guidelines.
- Handle the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service team.
- Analyze the territory's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time and money investment for the territory.
- Regular reporting to the divisional Manager on the evolution of sales and adaptation to market circumstances.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, with feedback in the form of formal reports.
- Continuously develop and understand new products to maximize customer potential through the introduction of new products.

Job Requirements:
Education / Professional Certification:
- Grade 12, bachelor’s degree in optometry
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the company’s related market and/or demonstrated sales and marketing potential.
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics:
- Good command of the English language (written and oral)
