Key Performance Areas for this Position:
- Supervise shop floor employees
- Accurate receiving of stock
- Ensure efficient and accurate picking and loading of stock while providing high levels of customer service
- Dispatching of customer orders
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure safe and proper stacking of inventory
- Ensure stock counts are performed timeously and accurately
- Ensure housekeeping is to the required standard
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Product knowledge essential
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of safety and good practice
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment would be an advantage
