Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma/ Degree (Quantity Surveying)
- At least five years related experience in the Civil Engineering environment
- Experience using CCS essential

- Contract Law and insurances
- Quantity surveying
- Basic Financial reporting and cash management
- Construction methods and outputs, programming and scheduling
- SHEQ legislation and application
- Basic IR and relevant labour legislation
- Key attributes of the role: attention to detail, deadline driven and ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to manage a team of junior employees
- Able to handle conflict and able to negotiate
