Responsibilities
Seeking a skilled Key Accounts Manager – Soft Services to deliver contract requirements within budget, schedules, statutory guidelines, and to achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as the primary interface with the client. Responsibilities include managing operations, maintenance, and specialist service subcontractors.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management/Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 8 years senior management experience in hard and soft FM services, with at least 5 years in contract management.
- Hard and soft services operational knowledge advantageous.
- Experience managing commercial and contractual elements.
- Proven ability in managing resources and subconsultants.
- Experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Advanced computer skills, including presentation material.
