About the role:
This role is a 6-month maternity cover contract. It is responsible for maintaining the development ethos of the building/property. You would be required to work in a team, consisting of the Complex Manager, Property Administrator and Caretaker. You would report directly to the Complex Manager and would be based at the relevant property.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The following education is required:
Matric with a relevant degree / national diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience OR Matric with 4 years’ relevant experience.

- Accounting
- Ability to Multitask
Other Skills Required:
High Level of Language skills: Proficient in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation.
Numerical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations.
Computer Skills: Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Licences: A valid Code B (08) driver’s licence. Frequent travel may be required in the course of duties.
