Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and coach RGMs and management teams on operations and leadership.
- Build a strong HWWT culture across stores, ensure quality training, and manage recruitment with HR.
- Oversee performance appraisals, development plans, and succession planning.
- Address employee relations and proactively manage performance improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and security regulations.
- Facilitate regular area meetings and manage holidays and absences.
- Coach RGMs to create a customer-focused environment.
- Conduct unannounced customer visits and ensure adherence to hospitality standards.
- Review GES results, analyze feedback, and develop action plans.
- Manage customer complaints and improve service quality (e.g., accuracy, speed, cleanliness).
- Work with RGMs on effective scheduling and process improvements for customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth through high operational standards and excellent customer service.
- Set bold sales targets, execute marketing promotions, and create a strong sales culture.
- Understand local competition and work with RGMs on local marketing efforts.
- Manage area incentives and regularly recognize strong performance.
- Maximize area profitability by controlling costs (e.g., labor, food) and aligning with AOP targets.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability across the area.
- Coach RGMs on forecasting and sales planning.
- Prepare for Balance Score Card and P&L reviews, and use company reports to drive business performance.
- Follow up on financial audits and ensure accurate execution of action plans.
