Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fulfill the combined role of Senior Tenderer and Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for major construction projects while also providing comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tendering and bidding for construction projects, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
- Analyzing project scope, materials, and labor requirements to determine the most cost-effective approach
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submission
- Developing detailed bid proposals that clearly outline project costs, timelines, and deliverables
- Presenting bids to prospective clients and responding to any questions or requests for additional information
- Collaborating with project management and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid submission to project execution
- Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and directing to the appropriate parties
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering works
- Handling of full Tender process
- Programming (MS Projects)
- Tender Software (CCS etc.)
- Reporting
- Negotiating skills
