Jnr HR Administrator – Bellville, Cape Town.
Do you have an HR qualification with a grasp of the basics of BCEA and a minimum of two years of admin and Excel experience?
If you are an entry-level candidate in HR (EE), our client based in Bellville requires an HR Administrator to join their team assisting with all staff items, the weekly wage run, and various administration within their Factory and Warehouse.
Computer literacy and Excel proficiency are required for updating spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Matric, HR or similar qualification
- Good written and verbal skills
- Confident in handling staff queries
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge of the basic BCEA rules
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing daily attendance and all records pertaining to attendance record-keeping
- Managing the hours on the clocking system
- Assisting with the weekly wage run
- Keeping records for disciplinaries and representing the company internally
- Handling all staff-related queries
- Attending to new hire documentation and drawing up relevant HR administration
- Assisting with additional ad-hoc requirements that can support the Management team
