To this end we are looking for the following:
As the Head of Traffic , you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow and coordination of all projects within the agency. Your primary goal is to ensure that all creative and production work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the central hub of communication between various departments, ensuring seamless project execution and optimal resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Oversee the scheduling and progress of all projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with account managers, creative teams, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- RESOURCE ALLOCATION
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Monitor team workloads and adjust assignments as necessary to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
- COMMUNICATION
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and updates with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all departments.
- QUALITY CONTROL
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet agency standards.
- Review and approve all project deliverables before final submission to clients.
- PROBLEM SOLVING
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- REPORTING
- Generate regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and team performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic management or project management within an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Chase, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
