This role will call for an individual who will lead, develop and implement all day to day business requirements, whilst strategically developing the long and short term marketing strategies. Building and developing on the current team foundation.
To take full ownership of the role, which would include but would not be limited to:
- Digital Footprint
- Marketing / Media
- Branding
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure internal / external promotions and events adhere to brand standards.
- Develop opportunities that allow strategic partners and other relevant brands promotional access to Planet Fitness venues.
- Manage the working relationship with all third-party service providers relevant to above the line / below the line marketing events and promotional requirements.
- Manage the working relationship with all internal clients.
- Manage budgets and achieve revenue targets.
- Report on feedback and Return on Investment.
- Oversee the execution and implementation of strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, tracking conversion rates and making improvements.
- Oversee the continual development and management of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the implementation of SEO and PPC techniques.
- Manage and oversee the social media strategy for the company.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
- Plan the business unit budget pertaining to the marketing division.
- Keep the company up to date with developments and technologies within the market.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in the marketing sector.
- Develop and continually expand the social media footprint to ensure extensive exposure.
- Ensure that all branding is in line with the required business policies and procedures.
- Analyze and research competitions and trends in the market.
- Ensure all external promotions, events, and launches adhere to brand standards.
- Execute all approved campaigns, events, and launches.
- Build strong communication lines with all third-party suppliers.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Build key working relationships within the current clubs.
- Manage a team and ensure continual synergy within the group.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the executive board and stakeholders.
