Responsibilities
The National Sales Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee regional sales and National key accounts.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with assigned key customer accounts.
- Identify sales opportunities and needs of key customers.
- Negotiate and implement key customer strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and forecasts, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Proactively identify changes in market trends and update sales team accordingly.
- Liaise and work closely with the Marketing team to maximize opportunities and ensure effective product development and brand consistency.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager.
- Significant experience in managing a high-performance sales team.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP (would be an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel locally and abroad as needed.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
